Millenia Construction recognizes the importance of an effective and comprehensive safety program, not only for our potential work place accidents, but also for employees and visitors. We take a proactive approach when it comes to Safety and Health. We actively train our superintendents and foremen on the OSHA standards, general liability and first-aide. Our safety director performs safety inspections and on-site training for job specific situations. This reduces injuries, saves on lost time injuries and helps our employees grow and become safer workers.

At Millenia Construction, safety is not just a program, it's our culture. Because we value people as our greatest asset, safety must always remain our top priority. We also understand that creating a safe work environment not only serves our employees, but our customers as well. Site-specific safety programs are developed for each individual project. Once the custom plans are in place, Millenia Construction ensures success through weekly jobsite safety meetings and random inspections. We also recognize that a drug-free workplace is a safer workplace and so we are committed to achieving a drug-free environment through pre-employment, post accident, and random drug testing.
