Millenia Construction full service team will handle inception to completion. From site investigation, preliminary site plans, prototype design, permitting or design-build. Management
Marvin Williams
President and Founder

Mr. Williams is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. Mr. Williams is Millenia Construction’s primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture.

Mr. Williams exemplifies Millenia Construction’s commitment to helping its clients receive quality project results. He is a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for customizing construction projects and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.

Mr. Williams served in the United States Army, and is a veteran of the Gulf War and Somalia. He started his career in construction as a field engineer. In 2006, Mr. Williams founded Millenia Construction.

Prior to starting Millenia Construction, Mr. Williams spent time as a Sr. Program Manager for Alcatel-Lucent where he was served as single point of contact for AT&T Mobility Southwest persons/decision makers and account team coordinating equipment installation and construction efforts in order to deliver projects on-time. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify areas of opportunity, and devise contingency plans. Analyzes issues and manages troubleshooting of complex customer and project requests while effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Mr. Williams is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
