Millenia Construction Company project management staff manages and oversees all aspects of a project from pre-construction through post-construction, including cost estimating, material procurement, shop drawing and submittal process, value engineering, project scheduling, cost control, subcontractor bidding and management, construction progress meetings, contract administration, and quality control.
